Converscient e!FM (Facilities Management) enables the efficient and effective delivery of services - that a tenant would require upon his or her arrival, tenure and eventual departure from the facility - by integrating the various aspects of assets and facilities management in a one-stop, services-oriented, workflow portal. Just like worker bees in a hive, the different components in e!FM, work in a integrated and service-oriented manner. E!FM guides the user through various logical steps needed to keep track of and complete each task required in the work-flow cycle in order to deliver the required service.
